Distillate from Nebbiolo, Barbera and Moscato Grapes.
White (Moscato) and Red (Nebbiolo & Barbera) Grapes are Fermented Separately. Each Distillate is Placed in Slavonian Oak Casks for Two Years of Aging. The Aged Distillates are then Blended in Limousin Oak Barriques for Six Months before Bottling.
