DESCRIPTION

80 proof/ 40% ABV 

Botanical Profile: Juniper, Coriander, Angelica, Orris Root, Sweet Orange Peel, Vanilla, Hibiscus, and Cardamom

Distillation process: Distilled with the same gluten free, corn-base as our Vodka, this Gin lets the botanicals do the work without being overpowering in any direction. Using a botanical-based allows vapors to flow through to extract the most essential flavor of the botanicals. A process called post maceration drives the color from the pink hibiscus flower and into the spirit.

Tasting Notes: at first glance, the pink hue of the Gin will entice anyone to give it a try. Floral notes overtake the aroma with lingering juniper at the very end. On the pallet, a bold flavor of hibiscus and juniper are incredibly recognizable as it levels into a slight citrusy spice and finishes with a sweetness motivated by the addition of vanilla. This is the perfect spring and summer spirit for any gin cocktail.
